Admin Login after Member Login

I never have a problem logging in to this one club Au Jus Toastmasters #879 and I keep hearing that others try to login and the website never brings up the box to type in their name and they are members. Our newest member (Matthew) can't log in and Wendee occasionally cannot login and Lydia can never login. The box just never shows up for them... Does this happen for anyone else?
