Club Mentor Permissions

We have a mentor for our club that is a member of another local club but not a member of our club. I would like to add him so that he can log in to the BCTM website and look at the agendas and also sign up for meeting roles. Is there a way to do this?

Just add them as a member. There is no information tie between Toastmasters International and FreeToastHost
