Club Member and VPE Login Issue

When I login to website 4875.toastmastersclubs.org. First window pops up in Yellow to accept cookies.
Yet when my VPE tries to login, the cookies message does not appear and therefore unable to gain access to enter username and password.
Username is: Jesse Jones

Les, he has to accept the Privacy and Cookie Policy or logins are blocked.

Tell your VPE to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link entitled "Display the cookie consent form" so that he can accept the policy.

This is a new requirement imposed by new privacy regulations... Not something we are thrilled about, but we are doing our best to comply with.
