FreeToastHost Message Not Delivered - Did not send email

I received an email notification with subject line: "[FreeToastHost] Message Not Delivered" and the content of the email indicated: "Emails with a blank subject are not supported. If you have any questions about this, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org ." I looked at the .txt file attachment, and it appeared to be a log file. I did not send an email as indicated in the log file that was attached. It appears the server rejected it as spam due to no subject line, but there wasn't an email that went out to begin with, so I'd like to see if anyone has ran into a similar issue and/or can advise.
