Former Member showing for agenda role names

dear steve
it is really messy. we lost all our historical data of agenda. All our historical agendas including current one is showing role played by former member. we are using this to also keep record of roles played by our members. i sincerely hope that once they opt in their data will be restored. another issue is many of your updates are work in progress so I do not know how to create agenda for our meeting on 25 May. With great difficulty I managed to convince people to use our website for many features including agenda. THIS IS SURELY GREAT SET BACK.

I just looked at your agendas on your website and did not see any issues at all. If you could be more specific about who you think should or should not be on a particular agenda (give an agenda date also), that would really help.

Also, please click the reload link at the bottom of your screen and/or try closing your browser and logging out / back in.to make sure you got all the updates.

Dear DTM Steve
All agendas were showing role assigned to former member. As per your instructions I reloaded the website and now it is showing names of the role players.
