Hi. I have the same issue with the new member. The member has received an email and pressed the link to opt-in. I have received the confirmation that opt-in was successful. Unfortunately, member name still shows as stricken through as if it is not active. We have tried this a few times and still end up with stricken through result. What would the issue be in this case? Thanks
