Can not access with my Cell Phone, why check IP addresses

I need to access my agendas at clubs using my phone.

Last night the Chair did not show there were no agendas printed.

Went to the freehoasttoast website for the club.

Clicked on log in as member.
Entered my login name
Entered the password for my login
I had to now confirm it was me from my email
I did confirm hackers were not trying to see our agenda "Yes that would be the End of the World"
The Webpage did not change from "Members", to "Logout Jim Thibault, DTM"
So I click the member login button again
Entered my login ID
Entered my Password
No email where you are trying to make sure the hackers are not attacking
The login in still does not work.

This is bad before freetoasthost increased security I could access my clubs websites with my cell phone. Why change ???? There are no bank records nobody is getting paid, including you, somebody really wanted to hack a Toastmasters page they get little.

I attempted last night to enter the website with my Galaxy S7, using Chrome.
Can you tell me how to gain access again with my cell phone to my clubs sites ?

1) the email warning you that your account was accessed from a new IP does not prevent you accessing your account. It is informational, you can click the link and that IP will be added to your safe IP list or you can ignore the email and delete and receive the warning next time you use that IP.

2) Did you scroll to the bottom of the site page and click the "I agree" link. If you do not agree you cannot log in.

The laws put in place by the EU GDPR has made privacy a real PITA for the rest of us..

User Name password
Authenticate/login

The page refreshes and shows Member Login, the phone is useless at meetings and this only recently happened.
Often I go to a meeting look up agendas on my phone.

I accessed your site with my pixel and chrome and i can log in and see your adgenda

went to your site, scrolled to the bottom clicked "I agree"
clicked member login
entered your name and logged in
clicked agenda
looked at your club agenda,you are speaker #4

use your resizing with 2 fingers to change the size of the site and position.

Ok the popup was hidden.
Like you said it was at the bottom but I click member login, password the pop I could not see until like you said I want right to the bottom.
