Two Officers unable to send emails to the Officers or Members.

Two of our officers are unable to utilize the club email features for officers or members. I've double-checked their listed personal emails on the website and they are correct. Any thoughts of what to check? Thanks! Jim

Which officers, what is the error they are getting.
Most of all what club number?
