Hi, can I see what these opt-in emails look like? And when did they start? I have 5 new members who have their names crossed out on the members roster because I added them but they didn't "opt-in" yet. I don't remember this being a problem before...I just added a new member through Quick Add and they were ready to go. Could the email possibly go into their spam box?
