1919, Whenever a club email is sent from the club website, Emeraldcoasttoastmastersclubs, or Reply to server@toastmastersclubs.org it refers to the Subject information. That individual [Leandro] left the club over a year ago - he was the VPPR but I can't seem to delete that name and don't know where it is attached.

Please help delete name.

This is likely a caching issue with your email provider, not a FreeToastHost issue. We cannot fix it for you... I can give you some suggestions to try. Your email provider is trying to remember a name associated with the server email address that is outdated. What you can do is to create a new contact name in your email address book with the server email address. The "name" could even be "FreeToastHost Server" ... it does not matter. That will override the display name.

Some email providers have this issue... If you were to ask other people in your club, you would likely find that some people have the issue and some do not... depends on the email provider.
