New members can't sign up on agenda

I added members, and they said that they can't sign up for agenda items when the agenda is emailed. I think it's because they never authenticated their account. How do I resend the email? Do I delete them and re-add them?

We can not help you because you didn't tell us your club number or who the members are that are having issues. (first names at least)
