Steve,
First I didn't imply that "You" did anything to change the agenda template or delete it. I apologize if got that impression.
Second, I followed your advice and regained access to the 3 rightmost icon on the agenda.
Third, I payed some more with the + icon and discovered that I failed specify the desired template when I created a club meeting for 7/7/18.
