So here is what I think happened. I am guessing that you were the prior VPE / incoming club president and that the officer roles were recently updated in Membership Management.
Many things in FreeToastHost are tied to the officer roles that are set in Membership Management. If you are now the Club President and Treasurer but the website Access Settings specifies that only the VPE has global agenda create/edit rights (in addition to the admin) then you will not see the delete, edit, and create agenda icons in the dated agenda module when you log in as a member. This is by design, so that website access privileges are switched automatically from one person to another as officer role assignments are changed.
Your website Access Settings specify that only your VPE has agenda create/edit privileges. Therefore, for you to be able to create/edit agendas, add the Club President to the agenda creators setting in the website access settings, or you need to set the presiding officer role in the meeting agendas to be an editor with you as the person assigned to the role. (I would recommend the former.)
So... in closing, this is not anything we did, this is very likely something that someone in your club did to get you to the current situation.
