Error adding a member #2

3074640 Thanks for the answer but what happens when I delete a prospect or guest name with an erroneous email address whe you stated their contact information, regardless of being re-added with the correct email address, will also be deleted within 30 days.
The prospect and guest in question is Sundara Valli -- she is in guest and prospect with the wrong email address it should be sundaravalli1@gmail.com. Please correct this - I believe the delete people is not the best solution.

Please do not hijack someone else's topic thread.

If you delete the errant person as suggested and re-add them, the 30-day clock is restarted for the added person--the system sees them as someone else.
