Is Flash Disabled on FTH Sites?

When did the issue start?: Over a year ago (Just now getting to dealing with it)
Synopsis:
We had a Flash link on our front page that went to the club's Google Voice Number. For a while, things were working swimmingly where people could click that link and call the club or leave a voicemail. Nowadays, I am either seeing a red bounding box with the word Flash in it or it is totally invisible on the page. My question is whether that can be restored or if there is an alternate option for visitors to click to phone our club.

Flash is disabled in your PC browsers. Flash support was disabled in all modern browsers because of a security flaw. You have to manually activate flash on your browser.
