new VPE needs edit options

CLUB 4681. Seth W. Huff is new VPE and needs to edit the meeting agenda. does not have those options (pencil icon) to edit option. Also, how do I delete past members so they do not receive the club emails from me. Seth W. Huff Club 4681.

The site admin has to change that member to be vped in the member management.

To do this, you can select the members in Membership Management and the select "Move to Former Members" from the pull down menu.
