Admin login reset.

Hi basically I have the same problem as user Shillitoq posted as transaction #70260. There is also a reference number 652265 in the post, I am not sure what that is.

I am trying to do a reset on the admin password. The return emailed link goes back to the 3834 website but without any means to log in as admin, ie seems like I am stuck in an infinite loop.... Am I missing something real simple and basic? (Honestly....)

Did you click the "I Agree to the policy" in to popup box at the top of the site? If not click the cookie and then click the "I Agree"

Per Brian’s post, no pop up show... could be my interface is iOS on an IPad ver 11.4 I think using Safari. If issue cookie-related then maybe iOS over-manages by default an suppresses the popup? Just a guess. Anyway here is link from most recent password automailer

How quickly did you click the link after you received it? The link is not guaranteed to work forever.

Also, the link you posted is not our link... Your email system is intercepting our links.
