Password Reset Not Working

When a couple of members were unable to access the website, they tried resetting their passwords multiple times (each). They would then receive an emailed link for password reset, but when they clicked on the link, they received the following message:

There was an error with your login -- the Session ID attached to your e-mail (p6PA4ORbcukqluiQg6AMdT8Sn) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link was sent when clicked.

Please let me know what to do to reset the passwords for these users so they can access our site.

Only the last email with a link is valid. If they requested multiple emailss they need to only click the link in the last email.

I tested this issue earlier and I had the same issue. And I'd only requested and received the email reset link once.

I just checked it again, though, and it seems to be working.

I did receive a new pop-up giving me the option to accept/not accept cookies, and I accepted, so maybe that had something to do with it.
