Club# 9389 East Bay Toastmasters, Oakland, Ca

One of our members was having this problem and getting an error message:
Undefined subroutine &main::GetCookieStatus called at /var/www/cgi-bin/FTH_serve.pl line 87.

She couldn’t reset her password and she has to go through resetting her password each time she wants to log in. There were some other inquiries similar to this but they’re locked.

Please don't piggy back on another thread create your own. Every problem can be different.

1) Who ? a first name would be nice.
2) Have they setup their cookies as per the documentation.
3) Have they tried clicking the reload link at the bottom of your site.?
