Is there any want for you guys to reset the password or e-mail address? I became the president of Tozai from July.

Thank you.

If you are referring to the admin password, then you can refer to the following doc:

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

Basically, make sure that the club contact email address in Club Central is accurate for your club, then you can just use the form on the following page to make the change happen.

www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/

It works by having either your club president listed in Membership Management or the contact at Club Central approve the change via a link sent in an email.

Thank you for your reply.
I have confirmed the mail address on Toastmasters International Club Central page is updated.
Contact information is : member_tozai_tmc@googlegroups.com
I am registered as president and my mail address is luckykuroshiba@gmail.com
However, "forget your password" does not seem to send a message to any of current members.
member_tozai_tmc@googlegroups.com is working and we can use it.

Thank you for your advise.

It says member_tozai_tmc@googlegroups.com and ytezuka@bloomberg.net, will be used for approval of this request.
The address ytezuka@bloomberg.net is no longer available. Where can we change it?

Thanks.

Don't worry about the email address that is invalid.... it is probably the prior admin.

You only need an approval from one of those email addresses (not all of them) to make the change happen.

Just look for the approval link in the inbox for the google groups email that you said is the contact email. Click that and you should get another email with a link to get in as the admin and set the password.
