I added Samuel Perkins to our FTH. It appears as a deleted name.
I cannot undelete it.
He is registered in TM Intl website.

He is *not* deleted... he just has not opted in yet. Once he clicks the opt-in link in the email the system sent to him, the strikeout will be gone, and you will be able to use his information like any other member.

Please read the following:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...nagement-must-opt-in

You have a number of added members that have not yet opted-in... You need to address that.

thank you, I send opt-in again to all new members.

Another topic -- I am the webmatser. I tried to send the agenda by email to webmaster but have not received it.
I just changed the email. I looked in spam.

Pamela,

Our logs show a number of emails sent to you... but their receipt status shows as "queued" which sometimes mean they are stuck in some spam filter somewhere (or grey listed / delayed) on your end. You should make sure that the server address is white listed on your end or you should add the server address to your email contacts (which usually accomplishes the same thing).
