Member having problem with agenda emailing

One of our members Ted Ferik is having problems sending agenda emails from the club website.
9617.toastmastersclubs.org/

I've watched him do it, and can't figure out what he is doing wrong. He has been able to do it in the past, and other members are currently able to send the emails. Help?

I logged in as Ted F, and was able to send the agenda emails.
You will need to describe exactly what the issue is. Errors or symptoms.
