Member Speech Report lost some details?

Our club member Carolyn has reported that her Member Speech Report used to list all (most?) speech projects, titles, and introductions. Some are still on the report, but some she says are now missing. She didn't specify exactly which ones, but I noticed this run of entries with no details:

The other recent change for her: the educational awards after her name were changed last week.

The speech reports are based on the agendas, if anyone deletes an agenda they remove the role and speech history.

FTH does not change the educational award letters after peoples names. either the member or and admin did that.

The agendas for the listed meetings have not been deleted. I did Member Speech Reports for other members on the listed agendas and was able to see their speech details.

I changed the member's educational awards; I mentioned it in case it was relevant.

Looking at the reports around that time it does not look like the member or VPEd filled out the details.

I can see details of her projects before and after that time the details all seem to be missing.

She reports that she has been using this report to track her progress for the past year and those details existed. Now she reports that some details are now missing.

We don't remove role information, so I am not sure how that information was removed, when others on the same agenda information is still there. Some of her information is on older agenda.

There is nothing in our processes that would only remove some information.
