Please assist with the following issue:

Issue: We have 4 new members that we have added to our membership via the Admin Console. After we added them thru the Membership Management tab (in the admin console) we noticed that they have a line through their names.

Names are: David Furniss-Roe, Frances R Banks, Kiran Purswani and Frances R. Banks. Unfortunately, we do not know why the names are being crossed out.

Question: Please advise on our processing error.

Goal: After adding them to our membership role, we need to add them to our agenda for the upcoming meeting.

The new GDPR regulation make it necessary for all new people added to FTH must opt-in. Please see this explanation.
