Old member photo still sent with all club emails.

For our club (4147132), the header in outgoing emails still contains the photo of our former president/club administrator (please see attached screen shot). How do I change/eliminate this photo. It is confusing to members receiving our emails.

Thanks.

Check your email client for the "From:" email clients like gmail hang onto old information.
You may have to create a contact record for the email address in the from.

Thanks, Brian. It gives me another place to look I guess. I notice this member has "server@toastmastersclubs.org". Could that be causing this? I'll be asking one of the FTH gurus at our club tonight, and this member, I we can figure out how this works.

As Brian is noting, this is *not* a FreeToastHost issue (we have no way to fix it ourselves)... it is a problem with your email client caching old display names for email addresses. If you were to compare what several members in your club see using different email providers, you would find out that some see the same thing as you, but some do not. Only known way to force the proper display name is to create an explicit contact for the server email address.
