Hello,

There's an issue in the count when adding/updating the Speech Evaluator role to our agenda. When I add 2 speech evaluators, I would like to add Speech Evaluator #1 and #2. However, once I save the changes made to the agenda, the #2 automatically reverts back to #1. No matter how many times you update the agenda and save it as #2, when the agenda refreshes, it reverts back to #1. We're having the same issue whenever creating a brand new agenda also.

See screenshots. In the second screenshot. I added 5 evaluators to the agenda. But instead of showing numbers 1-5, the numbering shows #1, #1 (again), #2, #3, #4.

Are you referring to this checkbox? I'm still experiencing the same issue even after unchecking this box.

Also, the auto numbering only happens for the Speech Evaluator role. I have multiple speaker roles and those are numbered correctly.

That worked! I was trying to edit the role instead of creating a new one after turning the auto numbering off. But creating a new evaluator #2 and deleting the duplicate evaluator #1 works. Thanks for your help!! :cheer:

There is nothing wrong with the automatic numbering in this case. It is just that your roles are not equivalent.

Speech Evaluator#1 and Speech Evaluator #1 are *not* the same in terms of the automatic renumbering. The space before the number matters and makes them be treated as a different numbered role.

What is before the # sign has to be the same for the automatic renumbering to treat them as the same numbered role and do the numbering properly.
