Request admin change over to new VP of Public Relation

To whom it may concern. I have served as the admin for out site ( 4301400.toastmastersclubs.org ) and now have been elected president.
Our former president Byron Love (Cc) will be serving as our VP Public Relations and thus will be our admin. Byron requires control/access to the site to perform his tasks.
I authorize Byron Love as our new admin.
