Secure Site / Certificates - site with alias

Hello, we're also having a problem with a Security notification when members/prospects are trying to reach our site. I did look over some of the other postings about security certificates, but they seemed to involve clubs that have a custom domain. Our club, 7783 - Pleasant Speakers, just uses an alias. Would you please help me with what we need to do. Thank you! Alicia Millinger 7783.pleasantspeakers.toastmastersclubs.org/

are you sure they are typing the site name correctly.

7783.toastmastersclubs.org shows a secure lock
and
pleasantspeakers.toastmastersclubs.org shows a secure lock

You will have to give us more information like the browser, version, Operating system and version of the person showing the error.
Also what is the exact error messages they are getting.
Thank you,

Thanks for checking! We have had many people having issues. I have trouble with both Edge and Chrome on my computer. I do not have trouble with Safari on my iPad. Here are two screengrabs. The details from Edge say:
The hostname in the website’s security certificate differs from the website you are trying to visit.
Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID
Thank you again!

if you use the correct names as I put in my answer everything is ok, you are making up names that don't exist.

These are the ONLY 2 names you can use for your site

7783.toastmastersclubs.org
or
pleasantspeakers.toastmastersclubs.org

Thank you for the information as our club bumbles through web site administration! I think a lot of people do a google search - and the URL that you saw on my screen comes up in google. I was just clicking on the link from google. Here's a screengrab of that. So, this feels like a dumb question and for that, I apologize ... do we need to change something in our settings ... or it is that people should ever only enter one of those two URLs in their browser? How would we control that for prospects when the "Not Secure," not correct URL comes up in google? Thanks again! Al icia Millinger, Pleasant Speakers

Did you check if the club web address at toastmasters.org is correct?
If it is wrong there then a club officer needs to correct it.
Updating contact info on Toastmasters International website
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/u...s-international-site

We cannot fix the links on google, you need to make sure where ever your club address shows up it is correct. Goggle will drop the bad links once it finds the good links.
Thank you,
