having trouble with emails.

I am trying to get a Free ToastHost, however, our members are not receiving any emails that go through Toastmasters. eg: preident@waterloobay.org.au

Therefore, I cannot get a free toast host.

Well, use Club Central to enter an email address that you can get emails from, then request a FreeToastHost website.

are you sure you have put the correct email address preident@waterloobay.org.au does not look valid.

i was just using that as an Eg, I can't remember the actual email address it gave me

Sorry, this is my first time using this, as I am a new VPPR, been in Toastmasters for only 6 months, therefore, I do not know my way around this at all.
I googled club central and I do not know what you mean, do you mean www.toastmasters.org/ ?


no one is the club is getting any of these emails. all emails have been double checked to make sure they are all correct.

this is the message I get when I try to sign us up.


"Thank you. The confirmation link has been sent to those listed as club contacts ( president@waterloobay.org.au ). You will be notified once one of the contacts confirms or denies the request.
NOTE: If the e-mail address(es) that were sent the authorizations (see above) are no longer valid, you MUST update your club contact information with Toastmasters International, then once the new club contact e-mail address has been updated, apply for your FTH 2 website again."

so I think I found what you are meaning, I changed the address to mine, and still, it is sending it to this random president@waterloobay.org.au to which I have no idea where it goes or if it goes anywhere.
