Changing 'Meet our Members'

Hi everyone. We wish to change which officers are shown on our public site via the Meet Our Members section as it still shows the old committee. However when we log in via the admin panel and find the relevant section to adjust this, the check box which says 'Check to be included in the public Meet Our Members page' is greyed out for every officer. Is there a way round this? Many thanks, Tom

Hi everyone. We wish to change the Meet our Members section of the public website on Toastmasters.org to reflect our latest committee. However when we log in as admin and find the relevent section the box which says 'Check to be included in the public Meet Our Members page.' is greyed out so we have been unable to do so. Advice would be most welcome. Thank you, Tom

Tom,

1. You need to change your officer assignments in your website via Membership Management. These do not automatically get updated when you submit your new officer list in Club Central. (Have to change them in your website, also.)

2. Because of prevailing privacy regulations (GPDR), only members can set their public inclusion on the Meet Our Members page. (A recent change.) Please request that your new officers to log in and set their info to be included on the page if you want that.
