Dear Support Team,

I am using the Membership management module to add new members to our club. Once I add a new member it shows me a message saying that an email will be sent to the member asking them to opt-in. However one of our new member is unable to receive an email. I even tried to remove and add the member again. But it did not make any difference and the person is unable to receive the email.

Our club number is 4011.
The member email address is: Yehuanhuan2016@sina.com

Could you check the server logs to find if the opt-in email sent to the above email address was sent successfully?

We have opened a path to their mail server he should have received the email now.
