Admin Console Not Working on Desktop

2397188 - VENTANA VOICES
Admin Console comes up all jumbled together on Desktop (not mobile), in both IE and Chrome browsers. It is un-usable. Please, fix this as soon as you can so we can include our new members in schedules.

Is each being updated manually and is this a part of the process? Is this a known issue? In the message about this update, it mentioned these consoles will not be available for mobile, but that they should be accessible via desktop.
