Hello, We have a member that is unable to login to our local ToastHost website, but is a registered member under our Club Central page.
How do I help her get access to ToastHost? Her name is Barbara S.

There is no linkage between your member roster in FreeToastHost and the one on the Toastmasters Intl website -- TM WHQ does not allow that linkage.

Therefore, you must maintain the member roster both on the TI website and in your FTH club website. If you update Membership Management in your website with the new member, the system will send the new member an opt-in email. Then you will be able to give them access.
