New member added alert

The last three days (as admin) I have received duplicate alert messages for each of the four new members the VPM has added to our member database. These appear to be unique as there is a one minute difference in the time stamp and, in one cas the new member approved the first, then declined the second. VPM has had role for a couple months, not experienced this issue earlier. Software issue?

You do not have any members with lines through their names, so it is hard to tell what is happening without the names that you are questioning

You get 2 emails now, one when you add a person to the website and one when they Agree or Disagree.

Yes, and I was receiving two of each. Believe we have identified that the VPM was unaware of the auto-generated message to the newly input member and was manually kicking off the second alert to the member.
