We are trying to add a new member and when she was added into FTH her name has a line marked through it and her email. I researched and found this appeared to be an issue with her not opting in to receive messages from the club. New member says she hasn't received such an email.

Is there a way to override what appears to be this GDPR stuff blocking her ability to be added into the system? We did ask that she check her SPAM folder but part of the problem is she's not replying to emails so there's a definite lag in trying to get an understanding of what's going on.

1) Without your club number we can't help you.
2) there is no way to override the requirement for the opt-in.

Sorry! I'm still new to this. So, it seems to be the problem is "in the chair" and that our new member needs to read the emails and look for the Opt In one?
