Is it possible to empower the TMOD's to email the agenda to the Prospects list? (even if they are not an Officer)

Sorry no, that would be to much uninvited email and we would be in danger of becoming spammers.

Prospects should be invited personally not email blasted, with a personalized note. That is what the VPPR and VPM should be doing.
