Our website, which is listed at www.toastmasters.org/Find-a-Club/0346176...n-mateo-storytellers , has my contact info and yet I can't reclaim this site. We've been trying to regain access to smstorytellers@gmail.com, but Kevin Worrell is no longer a member of our club. In these instances, there should be some other means than waiting for Toastmasters International to update our contact info since they've been delayed by reports at the end of last term and the upcoming convention.

jliu: We will absolutely *not* switch website admins just on the basis of a request in these support forums. These forums are public and therefore *anybody* could make such requests.

I sympathize with you plight if your are noticing delays w/ the TI website. However, we have the mechanisms that we have for switching website admins for good reasons--we have been doing this for a while and have a decent sense of what actually works.

I encourage you to please update the club contact email address on TI Find A Club as Brian directed you to do, wait about a day for it to get verified by TI and visible to us, then submit the Admin Change form again.

Since the link for support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available is broken, please provide the instructions for reclaiming a site owned by an admin, who is no longer a member of the club.

I clicked "support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available", which is hyperlinked to support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available. The only other link ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...o-storytellers#71630 ) is for this post.

If we could get TI to update our email address by our deadline, we wouldn't have to request support here. However, we're looking for alternatives given our time crunch to reclaim this site ASAP.
