no ability to choose speech manual, number, input title and intro

attempting to enter the info for speaker 1 to have the speech manual, title intro etc and the entry boxes not appearing. Mac Safari.

I logged in as Michael and all the pull down and boxes are there.

You need to have update access or be the speaker to see the pulldowns or boxes for title and intro

Hi Brian could you log in as me and check? Our VPE is at the conference and I’m the president, handling the agenda this week. My VPE has checkmatked my role as This member can edit the agenda. I had hoped that meant I could fill in speech info also - I’m able to edit roles and who does each role.
Not everyone signs in so we officers often do the updates to keep it current as well as provide accurate history.

Your VPE has not given you update access to the agenda, either the site admin, vpe or the speaker can update the speakers speech details.

You will need one of them to do it.

ok is that something more than just updating a role on the agenda itself to have update access? My role of "president opens meeting" has update agenda capabilities similar to Toastmaster of the day, which is why I can sign people up for roles etc.
He and I often tag team on updating the agenda so his goal was to give me similar access to his, so we must be missing a way to do that somehow. Thanks for your help!
