Missing emails club number 2113794

Hi Team,

My VPE at 2113794 says she sent an email as below
From: thecastle <sharpscastle@bigpond.com>
Date: Monday, 27 August 2018 at 4:45 pm
To: "members@d13toastmasters.org.au"
Subject: FW: Minutes of last meeting
It was sent 4.45 pm Aust Eastern Standard Time.
Nola said she did not receive a copy herself at sharpscastle@bigpond.com. Are you able to check please?

Then I have the secretary who says he never has success in sending an email to members@d13toastmasters.org.au
He gets a copy but none of the members do. This is the last one he sent.

I do not see any email from From: a.koochew@bigpond.com hitting the server at all.
