*Invalid* email address

I have had an webmaster alert message to say that the email address we have registered on the TI Find A Club page is invalid. We have the address officers@arunspeakers.net to ensure that someone responds promptly to any enquiries - this address goes through the FTH platform. I have clicked on the link on the Find A Club page and sent a test email, which has been received by all relevant officers so the email address is not *invalid*.

Why has the email address been flagged as invalid, and why would we need to replace it with an email address that we wouldn't otherwise use?

officers@arunspeakers.net is NOT a publicly accessible email address ONLY members of your club can send to it !!

here is the result of my email to your club.

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (officers@arunspeakers.net) from theodorb@yahoo.com . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

We would recommend that you use the contact email address ( contact@arunspeakers.net ) instead. Make sure that you enable it in the Email and Contact Forms module of the Admin Console.

Thank you for your help. The email address on the Find Your Club page has now been replaced with the Contact@ email address - hopefully everything is now in order!
