Multiple Agenda's that viewers can see 687683 #2

We love using the Meeting Sign Up Sheet. One thing on future agendas is for roles not signed up for is shows 'N/A'. The positioning is of the N/A is random......
Please advise where I can find to turn that off! Thank you.

#1 - Please do not hijack someone else's topic for your own. They get all your replies... it is *very* annoying.

#2 - The N/A's are placeholders for roles that *do not exist at all* in future agendas to ensure that people do not try to sign up for those roles... this happens when you have a set of meeting represented in the sign-up sheet with varying roles. (Like a contest agenda mixed in with regular agendas.) The N/A's have *nothing* to do with which roles that people have signed up for.
