New Members not getting their site Passwords

Club #01279739 FSH Toastmasters

Sir/Ma'am,
I have new members in my club that have not received their passwords to their email address after requesting in on the site. How can I help them? Other than that, I am the VP-E for the club & would like to be a site administrator for our club website, and possibly add a backup administrator.

Can we have the new members first names at least?

yes, Celina Sarandos - FSH Toastmasters, Club Secretary claim not be able to receive response emails from the website after submitting password request. Thank you for your assistance.

Using a military email for non military email traffic, is always an issue.

1) Michele has not in last 4 weeks requested a password. I sent her a link today
Please check your e-mail inbox and spam/junk mail folder for your authentication key and instructions.
2) Please check the spelling of Celina email as it is wrong.
