New member sign in troubles

a new member was added (not by me) a few months ago....since she never signed in it looks like she was removed from the local website.....How to I add her and how do I help her to sign in?

Since you didn't tell your club number and at least a first name for "she", we haven't any where to start in helping you.

You will need to readd the new member, make sure the email address is correct.
Once added you will need to contact Sue to make sure she clicks the Accept link in the email she will receive.

Thank you....please forgive my ignorance but you can share with me how to re-add her. (this is to our local website right?)) ...someone else has been doing it who is no longer with us, and this is my first time...

Your site admin has to do this, or who they have delegated.
