Launch Admin Console not visable

I have been trying to edit the page I created but I am unable to access the correct console. I log in, the page refreshes and that's it. No option to edit anything or to take me to the admin console.

Any suggestions?

Yes I have suggestions
1) please provide your club number as requested
2) read the documentation on this site
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc
