Hello Support ….

BACKGROUND:
We have a member who would prefer not to have his email addressed added to the member directory.

I have explained he will not receive the agenda or be able to schedule a role.

The agenda is not an issue as we always bring extras to the meeting.

Regarding scheduling a role, it is not uncommon for the VP Education to be requested to add a person to a role on the agenda without them logging in.

QUESTION:
Is there be any way to add a member without an email address? That way we can still show the member on the Agenda.

Comment:
I realize we could add him and put in someone else's email. That person could approve permission. And emails would go to that address and the Member's name would appear on the agenda. That would be a work around. But seems to me would be defeating the purpose of what you have developed.

1) lots of free email addresses they can use.
2) if not add them without an email and follow the directions in the email you received.

The person can still log in and take a role without having an email address. However, their user experience will be much more limited as they will not get any notifications or emailed agendas.
