Hello Anyone!
I cannot reset admin password for our TM site. I receive email to my email box, but when I try to put a new password for the site admin. I was able to open a link from email and launch the [admin console], then I am able to open [Administrator Info] tab, then I entered a new password, and confirmed password, then clicked [Save], then the page displays the following error:
"You have errors in your form below. You are no longer logged in. Please log in again."
It doesn't show in what text box I have an error.
I've been trying it for 3 weeks. I also sent email to LindaMann who helped in the past someone to reset the password. Read: #71293
No responses.
I really need help. Something is not working right.
