Edit icon missing on the agenda for VPE

Club 2410464 Lone Peak Toastmasters,
As the web admin I have given access to the VPE to edit the agenda. She has been able to edit the agenda previously. She went into edit the next weeks agenda's yesterday, Oct 6th and now doesn't see the edit icon for any of the future weeks agenda's. I've doubled checked the admissions for this task. It shows the VPE should have access. I've made sure her name, Marisa is assigned as the VPE. I've also had her logout and close the website. Still no edit icon for the agenda. However, she does see the edit icon for when she's signed up as the toastmaster.

Your VPE has access to the templates, but not to editing the dated agendas.
To fix this go to the access settings tab in the admin console and grant the VPE rights to create/edit new agendas

I didn't scroll down far enough on access settings page.
