Website forwarding not working

727120 Website domain name villagetoastmasters.org expired. It had been working okay, I believe, Up to that time. Register.com (aka web.com) told me that the domain IP was reassigned when it expired and we renewed. The IP was reset from 208.91.197.39 to 216.21.224.199 at the tech support from the hosting provider at their instruction. They had me set the the a record the A * and @ records to 216.21.224.199. When I look at DIG: I see that the change is not correct- Forwarding isn't working. Would you please help me identify what I need to do to get the forwarding fixed?

Your DNS records are totally wrong. Please follow our directions on setting up your domain name. Also, it has been removed from our database (admin console) by the https cert renewal code, so you will need to re-enter it when you get the DNS sorted out.

Okay, yes I did this. under the custom domain name without the prefix. just villagetoastmasters.org without www.?
