Notification for next meeting role changes

Hi. If someone changes their role for today's meeting, will the system send a notification to the designated parties? Does the system consider today's meeting a few hours later as a "next meeting"?

It sends notification from the agenda the change was made on. It doesn't know today or tomorrow.

It is a date difference not a time difference that is checked, to determine if it the meeting in question is a future meeting. Notifications are only sent out for future meetings.
