What did you do with the email sent to the admin?

I used the links therein to Agree to the terms to allow email to the accounts.
I then received notification that they had been Approved, and because I'd checked a new option, I even got Welcome to the club emails for both.

Now you can assign them to roles.

I did, that's when I got the error.
Though it seems to be working now.
